Terms of Service

These Terms govern a merchant's ("you") use of the Topoff reorder-reminder app ("the App"), provided by Nomorro ("we", "us"). By installing the App you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App captures orders from your Shopify store, predicts when your customers will run out of consumable products, and sends them timely reorder-reminder emails with one-click reorder links, plus reporting on the results.

2. Eligibility & account

You must have a Shopify store and authority to install apps on it. You're responsible for activity under your store's installation.

3. Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system per the pricing shown in the App and on the Shopify App Store. Plans may include a free tier and free trial. Charges are subject to Shopify's billing terms. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation stops future charges and may reduce features.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App to send unsolicited or unlawful email; upload unlawful content; interfere with or attempt to breach the App's security; or use the App to violate any law or third-party rights (including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR). You're responsible for having a lawful basis to email your customers.

5. Customer data

We process your customers' personal data as your processor, only to provide the App, per our Privacy Policy. You remain the controller and are responsible for your lawful basis and disclosures.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the App. You retain all rights in your store and customer data. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is." Reminder timing is based on configurable estimates and may not be exact. We don't guarantee specific revenue, deliverability, or results. We're not responsible for Shopify or third-party (e.g., email infrastructure) outages.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time; we delete your customer data on uninstall (via Shopify's data-redaction webhooks). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law & contact
